It is important to immediately heat the oven so that the finished dough does not wait for it to heat, and prepare a baking dish (cover it with oiled paper), since the biscuit dough must be sent immediately to the oven.

Ingredients for Honey Curry
- 100 g of flower honey;
- 2 large eggs;
- 50 g of granulated sugar;
- 80 ml of fresh yogurt;
- 80 g of butter;
- 60 g of hercules;
- 180 g of wheat flour;
- 5 g of baking powder;
- 1 4 frozen lemon;
- 130 g candied papaya or pineapple;
- 45 g of dark raisins;
- 6 g ground cinnamon;
- icing sugar for decoration.
The method of preparation of honey gingerbread on yogurt
Separate the yolks from the proteins, whisk the whites separately, so they will be needed at the very end of the dough. Rub the yolks with white sugar.
We add yogurt to the yolks, I do not advise you to add strongly peroxide yogurt to the dough, it can turn out acidic.
Melt the butter, add to the mixture of yolks, sugar and yogurt. In a water bath we heat flowered honey, when it becomes liquid, add to the rest of the ingredients.
We mix the oats, baking powder and flour in a deep bowl, gradually pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, knead the dough.

Add diced candied papaya or pineapple into the dough, washed and dried raisins, cinnamon and about 1/4 of the frozen lemon grated on a fine grater.
Frozen lemon is a good solution for thrifty housewives, I advise you to always keep it in the freezer. When you need to flavor pastries or salad, there is no need to spoil a whole lemon, just grate frozen on a fine grater, and send the rest back to the freezer.

To the state of stable peaks, beat the egg whites, add them to the dough and mix the ingredients.

With a small margin, cut off pieces of baking paper, grease the paper with vegetable oil, put it in a rectangular shape, fill it with dough. The dough layer is carefully aligned.
Hanging pieces of paper will help you to easily get the finished broom out of shape.

We put the mold in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Readiness of mowing is checked with a wooden skewer.
